About Cassandra
Hello, my name is Cassandra McCoy and I am thrilled to have you stopping by my website. My goal is to help you make the little changes in your life to improve you and your family's health by eating right, exercising, and other methods. I work with athletic teams, private trainings, group classes, corporate clients and teach healthy living workshops in the Midwest. By combining dynamic strength training with other techniques I have learned and studied over the years, I have developed ways to help improve your performance and wellbeing. I also focus on working with individuals who have injuries that are holding them back from returning to their normal way of life. We work together using different manual therapies, exercise rehab techniques and assessments to assist you in your injury rehab, getting you back to your return to play status! Whether that means soccer, running, or playing with your kids, I am here to help you make it happen!
I graduated with a Bachelors in Health Education Promotion and Exercise and am currently in the Masters of Athletic Training School at Oklahoma State University-CHS a fully certified Essentrics instructor, RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, Neurokentic Therapy Practitioner, Rocktape FMT provider, as well as am studying to become a postpartum exercise specialist.
